Receiving returned products

Use WebSphere Commerce Accelerator to receive returned products.

Procedure

  1. Open WebSphere Commerce Accelerator
  2. Open the Returns list:
    • Consumer direct (B2C)Click Operations > Returns.
    • B2B directClick Logistics > Returns.
  3. Select the check box next to the return for which you want to receive products, and click Receive.
    The Receive Productsdialog opens.
  4. Provide the date and the quantity to receive, and click OK to save the information.
    The Returns list is refreshed with the new information displayed.
    Important: Even if all products are received for a return, the Receive button remains available until the ReturnCreditAndCloseScan scheduler command is run, closing the receive record. Thus, it is possible for more products to be recorded as received in the system than what was physically received in the fulfillment center if this command is not run.
