Order transfer status codes

During the order process, WebSphere Commerce uses order transfer status codes to indicate whether an order is transferred to or from Sterling Order Management. These codes are as follows:

Status Description
H: Failed To Transfer Indicates that the order has failed to transfer out; error usually occurs in WebSphere Commerce.
F: Hold On Transfer Indicates that an error occurred in Sterling Order Management and prevented the transfer, or that the order transferred out to Sterling Order Management and is holding on the returned result from Sterling Order Management.
G: Successfully Transferred Indicates the order transferred out to Sterling Order Management, which is returning confirmation of successful order creation within its system.
