Clearing the marketing Web service cache

You can clear the Web service cache to ensure that the content displayed in an e-Marketing Spot is current and relevant.


  1. Open the Administration Console and select Site on the Administration Console Site/Store Selection page.
  2. Click Configuration > Registry. A list of registry components is displayed.
  3. From the list, click the Marketing entry.
    If you do not see this entry in the list, it will be created as soon as the first marketing object is cached.


The marketing web service cache is cleared.
