Issuing the StopIBMPayServer command

The StopIBMPayServer command is not available in the WebSphere Commerce development environment. WebSphere Commerce Payments is integrated into the WebSphere Commerce test environments provided in the WebSphere Commerce development environment. When you stop one of the WebSphere Commerce test environments, WebSphere Commerce Payments is automatically stopped and the StopIBMPayServer command is not required.

About this task

To issue the StopIBMPayServer command:

  1. Do one of the following steps:
    • SolarisLinuxAIX Start a terminal session.
    • For IBM i OS operating systemStart a Qshell session.
    • WindowsStart a command prompt session.
  2. Change directories to the following directory:
    • WC_installdir/payments/bin
  3. Issue the following command: 
    
StopIBMPayServer payments_instance_name password

    where instance_name is the name of the WebSphere Commerce Payments instance. The name of the default WebSphere Commerce Payments Instance is wpm.
