Scheduling the BalancePayment job

The BalancePayment job finds orders that have been shipped or fulfilled (Order status 'S'). It calls the DoDeposit task command to deposit payment to the merchant's financial account. This command is only used with WebSphere Commerce Payments; it is not used if you use the Payments subsystem.

Procedure

  1. Open the Administration Console.
  2. From the Administration Console Site/Store Selection page, select the Store radio button.
  3. Click Configuration > Scheduler. A list of jobs that are scheduled to run is displayed.
  4. Click New.
  5. From the Job command list, select BalancePayment.
  6. Complete the fields as follows:
    • In the Start time field enter 00:00.
    • In the Schedule interval field enter 86400.
    • In the Job priority field select 1.
  7. Click OK.
