Installing feature packs
Installing WebSphere Commerce Developer feature packs
You can install WebSphere Commerce Developer feature packs silently or interactively.

In the development environment, you can install or update feature packs interactively using the IBM Installation Manager.
...on WebSphere Commerce Developer Version 7.0.0.0 or higher
If you do not have any previous feature pack installed on the development environment, you can install the required fix pack and feature pack using IBM Installation Manager.

You can update IBM Installation Manager without uninstalling any packages you have already installed.

You can update IBM Installation Manager without uninstalling any packages you have already installed.

Procedure

Ensure Installation Manager is closed before starting the update process.
Download the latest version of Installation Manager.
For more information, see Installation Manager downloads.
Extract the contents of the compressed file.
Run the install.exe command to start installing the Installation Manager.
In the Install Packages window, click Next.
Accept the license agreement and click Next.
Click Install.
When Installation Manager finishes updating, click Restart Installation Manager.
