Setting up a multi-tenant environment with the Self Service Portal (SSP), the SSP must be manually configured. The Trusted Service Provider (TSP) must also be manually configured to allow communication to the SSP.

Procedure

Start the IBM BigFix Administration Tool.
Click Advanced Options.
Add an advanced option mdmAppsUsePrivate with a value of '1'.
Set the server to 'multitenant mode' for the rest of multi-tenancy to work.
