On Windows 7 platforms with a single core CPU only, the following electron issue is known:

When clicking a pre-message, a message displayed before the software installation, the opening of the Self-Service Application User Interface corresponding catalog entry is delayed.
With macOS Dark Mode theme (available in macOS Mojave or later), if the user switches the current theme, then to see the updated tray icon of the Self Service Application, the user must log out and then log in again.
