Report Positioning

Each report has a feature for showing the current row position and number of rows being displayed, along with the total number of rows available in the report.

You can clear all the search and sorting criteria set by clicking the Clear current search query, filters and sorts button.

A few reports have extra filtering options other than the standard ‘Vendor’ and ‘Product’ filters. Currently these reports are :
  • Product Usage by Machine Report
  • Product by System Report
  • Product Inventory Report
  • Product Usage by Vendor Report
  • Product by System Report
  • Product by Use Trend Report
  • Product Usage by Month Report
  • Product Usage by Vendor Report
  • Product Use by Machine MSU Report
  • Discovered Product Detail Report
  • Discovered Product by System Report
  • Discovered Product by Audit Trail Report
  • Discovered Product Use by Month Report
  • Product Libraries Report
  • Search by Product FMID Report
For example, 'Product Usage by Machine Report' has two extra filters ‘Machine’,‘LPAR’, and ‘Month’as highlighted here:

By clicking ‘Machine’ filter, you can see all available machines from the report data.

This report and the "Search by Product FMID reports" include a metric option, such as "Usage Events" and "Last Used", to categorize report data by. Select alternate metrics by clicking the "drop down" box and selecting a different metric option.

By selecting ‘LPAR’ filter, the corresponding LPAR filter column values are available in the filter list as highlighted here:
