Each report has a feature for pagination which allows dividing a document into discrete pages with a specific number of records based on your choice. This reduces load and resource consumption on the browser, but can result in slower response time when paging through reports, especially large and complex SQL reports.

You can click on the ‘Previous’ and ‘Next’ buttons (except for “Crosstab” reports) to move to the next page in the report. Click ‘Previous to move to the previous page of the report.
