Search for new project files

Select this check box if you want Visual Studio to search for view-private files and prompt you to add them to VersionVault source control.

For the Visual C++ integration, we recommend you not select this option. Without this option, the Add to Source Control operation lists only files of types that are appropriate to add to source control. With this option, the Add to Source Control operation is likely to list files of types that are not appropriate to add to source control, such as files generated during a build.
