VersionVault and Compass OSLC integrations upgrade notes

Before you upgrade an environment that uses the Compass OSLC REST API to communicate between VersionVault UCM and Compass, review the important information about upgrade procedures and requirements.

You can upgrade the Compass Web Server without requiring all of the VersionVault LAN clients (cleartool, Project Explorer, HCL VersionVault Windows Explorer, for example) to be upgraded.
If the Compass Web Server and VersionVault Remote Client CM Server are deployed on the same system, both components must be upgraded at the same time.
