      HCL Verse lets you track responses from mail messages you've sent. You do this by marking the message as Waiting For. The mail then appears in a unique list in Verse so that you can easily keep track of whether or not you have received a response.

      HCL Verse has two features that provide Caller ID: Sync with Apple Contacts and an iOS Call Directory Extension. Before deciding which feature to enable, it is important to understand the iOS methodology for resolving Caller ID.
    - What's the difference between HCL Verse Sync with Apple Contacts and the HCL Verse Call Directory Extension?
      Sync with Apple Contacts creates an HCL Verse group in Apple Contacts while the Call Directory Extension is a separate data container. A key difference between Sync with Apple Contacts and the Call Directory Extension is that Call Directory Extension phone numbers and names are only visible to iOS and not visible to third party apps.

How do I...	Action
Default to signing and/or encryption on new messages and replies?	Check "Sign messages that I send" and "Encrypt messages that I send" as desired.
Choose between using Notes and S/MIME encryption?	Select “Default Encryption Type” and choose the preferred encryption type. Note: The Default value is Notes encryption. Note: This setting is only enabled once at least one S/MIME credential has been added for use with HCL Verse for iOS. Note: This setting is changed to S/MIME automatically when an S/MIME credential is added. You are allowed to switch to Notes encryption as preferred. Note: It is not possible to switch between Notes and S/MIME encryption on a per-message basis.
Manage the S/MIME Credentials?	Select “Choose S/MIME Credential”. Select the particular credential from the list for sending signed S/MIME messages.
