If remote images are included the user will be prompted to allow or deny the remote image display when opening the calendar notice or event. Embedded images are not currently supported in calendar events and may display an empty box in the place of any such embedded images at this time. Support for this new feature is provided in the HCL Traveler 12.0.1 Fix Pack 1 and higher. For more information, see What's new in Traveler 12.0.1 Fix Pack 1?.

12.0.9

Clients will fail to connect to the Traveler server endpoint until the SSL certificate is properly configured. For more information, see SSL certificate host verification security enhancements in HCL Verse for Android in Support.

12.0.8

Removal of support for Android 6: Due to the lack of on-going security updates from Google, HCL Verse Android is no longer supporting devices running Android 6.

12.0.6

Mail routing between Domino and domains with Internationalized Domain Names (IDNs): Verse Android can send and receive mail from non-Domino mail users who use internationalized domain names (IDNs) in their email addresses. This feature requires HCL Traveler Server 12.0.1 or higher. In addition, the HCL Domino SMTP servers that route inbound and outbound mail also must be running HCL Domino 12.0.1 or higher. For more information on the Domino support and limitations, see Mail routing between Domino and domains with Internationalized Domain Names (IDNs) in the HCL Domino 12.0.x product documentation.

  • Domino TOTP Authentication: HCL Domino 12.0.0 supports requiring a Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP), which is in addition to their user names and passwords for http authentication. For more information, see Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) authentication. HCL Verse Android now supports the Traveler server endpoint configured for TOTP authentication.
