Map the anonymous user with the IBM® Sametime® SIP Proxy/Registrar.

Procedure

Log in to the Integrated Solutions Console for the SIP Proxy/Registrar.
Click Applications > Application Types > WebSphere enterprise applications.
Click IBM Lotus SIP Registrar.
Under Detail Properties, click Security role to user/group mapping.
Select the AnonymousUsers security role and click Map Users.
In the Search string field, type the same anonymous user ID (for example, anonymous@example.com). Then click Search.
Select the user from the list and click "->" to move the user to the Selected list.
Click Apply and then Save.
Restart the SIP Proxy/Registrar for the change to take effect.
