Assigning administrators to the Meeting Room Center

Assigning the administrator role to a subset of users allows those users to view meeting statistics for all meeting rooms.

About this task

Map the administrator role to a subset of users to allow them to see meeting statistics for all meeting rooms. Meeting statistics show all meeting rooms, including those that are hidden.

Procedure

  1. Log in the Integrated Solutions Console.
  2. Click Applications > Application Types > WebSphere enterprise applications.
  3. Click the Sametime Meeting Server.
  4. In the "Detailed Properties" section, click Security role to user/group mapping.
  5. To map the administrator role to a select set of users or groups, follow these steps:
    1. Select the role Admin and click Map Users... or Map Groups....
    2. Select the name of the user or group and click the arrow to add the group.
    3. Click OK.
  6. To remove all authenticated users from the administrators role, follow these steps:
    1. Select the role Admin.
    2. Click Map Special Subjects.
    3. Select none.
    4. Click OK.
