Retrieving the globalFolderID value
The globalFolderId value is required to configure the Chat Rooms widget. Retrieve the globalFolderId value from the IBM® Sametime® Advanced Server web user interface using a developer tool on a browser, such as Firefox.

Procedure

On the Sametime Advanced web user interface, click the All Chat Rooms tab.
Right-click the link to the folder that you created in the Configuring the Sametime Advanced web user interface directories procedure.
Click Inspect Element. A link and folder ID are displayed. For example,

Where the word link represents an actual link.
Make note of the folder ID but do not include the link. Use the folder ID later during widget configuration.
