  - Unlocking or locking a user ID
    An admin can lock and unlock a user ID to control the user's access to the SafeLinx Server.
  - Resetting the failed login count
    SafeLinx Administrator locks a user account after the user reaches a failed login count. An admin must then reset the number of failed login counts for the user before the user account can be activated again.

Viewing users

An admin can view a list of all of users, or view a list of the users who are currently connected only.

About this task

You can search for users in your organization from the Tasks pane or from the Resources pane. You can search for all users or for users who have an active session only.

Procedure

Open the Find Resource dialog box, by completing one of the following steps:
- From the Resources pane, click Find.
- From the Tasks pane, click Find a Resource.
To view all users, complete the following steps:
1. In the Resources field, click User.
2. In the Search in field, click All OUs.
3. In the User ID field, type an asterisk (*) , and then click Find now.
The list of all users in all OUs is displayed.
To view users with active sessions only, complete the following steps.
1. In the Resource field, click Active session.
2. In the Search in field, click All OUs, and then click Find now.
A list of active users and their current status is displayed. The Current status field corresponds to the ActvStat field in the session database, and the Network type field corresponds to the DevKeyType field.
