Troubleshooting: WebSphere® Application Server

You can use workarounds to problems that you might encounter when you use IBM® WebSphere® Application Server products with HCL OneTest API.

HCL OneTest API Library Manager: Missing WebSphere® Application Server JAR files

Before you can synchronize with an WebSphere® Application Server instance, you must ensure that your have the required software IBM WebSphere Application Server requirements.

If Library Manager cannot find the correct JAR files, HCL OneTest API will display error messages when you try to create a physical connection to a WebSphere® Application Server instance or try to create a WebSphere® Application Server synchronization source.
