- Prior to HTMO 3.0.3, delegation is supported if the delegate uses another client, such as HCL

to access or manage the owner's mail file.
- The delegate user must have a mail file on the
same mail server/cluster as the mail owner.
- Using native Microsoft™ Outlook X.509 encryption
capabilities is not supported.
