Examples: CreateReplyMessage method

  1. This script creates a reply to a mail memo and sends it. The reply is sent only to the original sender of the memo, and contains a Body item but no Subject item.

  2. This script checks if a mail memo was sent by an agent. If not, it creates a reply to the mail memo and sends it to all recipients of the original memo. The reply contains a Body item and a Subject item. For example, if the original memo has a Subject of "Building renovations," then the reply gets a Subject of "Re: Building renovations."
