    • ActivitiesAn activity is a place where the people involved in a project can share information, assign tasks, and share resources like files, tools, and websites. Use an activity to organize content and prioritize tasks that are related to a project goal.
    • FilesUsing the Files app, you can upload, organize, share and collaborate on files easily. Files can be shared, tagged, organized in folders, and accessed from other applications, such as Activities and Communities.

      • What are wikis?A wiki is a collection of editable pages about a specific subject and is used by a team to collaborate on content about the subject.

      • How do I find wikis?You can find wikis by browsing wiki lists or by using tags.
      • How do I create wikis?After you log in to IBM® Connections, you can create a wiki from any Wikis view. For information about creating a wiki within a community, see the Communities wiki help section.
      • How do I find wiki pages?There are several ways to find pages in a wiki.
      • Editing other people's wiki pagesTo edit other people's pages, you must have Owner or Editor access to the wiki. If you have Reader access only, ask the wiki owner or a member with Owner access to give you Editor access.
      • How do I create pages?You must have Owner or Editor access to create a page. If you have Reader access only, ask a wiki member with Owner access to give you Editor access.
      • Using the rich text editor in WikisUse the rich text editor to create visually interesting wiki articles.

      • How do I comment on pages?To comment on a wiki member's page, you must have Reader access or better.
      • What happens to the original content when a page is edited?When you create a page, an initial version is created. Your original work is saved in that first version of the page until you delete the page.
      • Finding a page that has been renamedWhen a wiki page is renamed, the URL changes but you can still open the page by clicking on a page with the original name.

      • How do I track wiki and wiki page changes?Receive updates about changes to wikis and wiki pages.
      • How does the trash work in wikis?You can remove wiki pages by moving them to the trash. Pages can then be deleted from the trash or restored to the wiki. Your wiki access determines what you can do with the trash.
      • Subscribing to feedsSubscribe to feeds to receive updates about application and user data that you want to monitor. Your feed reader automatically delivers details about changes and saves you the task of checking each application for updates.
