Clearing the browser cache before you use the HCL Compass Web client

After a HCL Compass server upgrade, notify HCL Compass Web client users to clear their browser cache, delete cookies, and temporary internet files.

About this task

After a HCL Compass Web server upgrade, HCL Compass Web client users might experience problems when they use HCL Compass from a browser. These problems can occur because the HCL Compass Web client uses cached images or data on the system where the client is installed instead of using current resources from the HCL Compass Web Server
