Installing the Sales Center client using Tivoli Configuration Manager

You can use the Tivoli Configuration Manager client to push the Sales Center installation package from removable media or a local disk out to your Sales Center client machines. You need to give Tivoli instructions to push the installation package, and then run a silent install on the client machines.

Before you begin

  • Tivoli Management Framework and Configuration Manager are installed. Refer to your Tivoli documentation for details.
  • A Tivoli Endpoint agent is running on the client machines and is successfully connecting with the Tivoli Configuration Manager.
  • The Sales Center client installation package is available locally, either on removable media (such as a DVD) or on a local disk.
