Goals

This use case helps in viewing the goals (and their progress) for any active/completed/pre-published/paused journeys available in the Unica Journey environment till date or over a specific time-period.

  1. To start with, in the chat window, enter "view goals of a journey".
  2. The virtual assistant requests for the journey name. In the chat window, enter the journey name you are interested in.
  3. As a result, the goal details i.e., the Target set, Achieved count, Achieved %, Touchpoint set and Frequency for each of the configured goals of the interested journey is shown, along with the link to view more about them.

  4. After the above response, the virtual assistant also provides an option to view the above data for a specific time-period as well.
  5. Similarly, you can directly query like "view goals of <journey name> journey" to get the goal details of the journey name mentioned. Also, queries like "view goal progress of journey over the past 8 weeks" or "view goal progress of journey over the last 6 months", can get the above goal details of the specific journey for the time-period specified in the query.
