Frequently Asked Questions

This use case helps in getting responses to queries on Unica products such as Segment Central, Audience Central, Contact Central, Campaign, Journey, Interact, Plan, Content Integration, Insights Reports, Cloud Native, Deliver, Platform and Centralized Offer Management, from the already available FAQs n the IMASolution projects.

  1. To start with, in the chat, enter the frequently asked question, say "how to setup a flowchart?", and press enter.
  2. As a result, the required response will be displayed in the chat. Sample screenshots are shown below.

  3. Similarly, you can enter the query "how to duplicate a journey?" in the chat window. As a result, virtual assistant will display 2 ambiguity options like "How can we Duplicate a Journey" and "Can a Journey be Duplicated". You can selecting one of the option to get the FAQ response.
