Steps in classifying the problem
When you are classifying the problem, you should go through
the following steps:
- Select the related problem-type keyword by matching one or more of the symptoms described in this chapter with the symptoms of your HCL Workload Automation for Z problem.
- See the corresponding procedure in Problem analysis procedures, and gather the relevant information for your specific problem.
- Provide the information that is needed for all problems, as described in Information needed for all problems. Continue building the keyword string.
If you are unable to match your problem to any of those described here, you should still compile the information needed for all problems (item 3 above).
