Verify that users and groups are correctly synchronized
between your servers.
Procedure
- Log in to HCL®
EMM as
an HCL
EMM user
with Admin privileges (not a directory server user).
- Force synchronization by clicking Synchronize
on the Settings > Users page.
- Perform the following checks.
- Verify that users are imported from the LDAP server as expected.
- If you are using group based synchronization, verify that Marketing Platform group
memberships match the expected mapping to directory server groups.
