Configuring Internet Explorer

Perform this task in every instance of Internet Explorer that is used to access HCL® Marketing Software. This is required with NTLM authentication, to prevent users from being presented with the HCL Marketing Software login screen.

Procedure

1. Open Internet Explorer and select Tools > Internet Options.
2. On the Security tab, click Custom Level.
3. In the User Authentication section, select Automatic logon with current user name and password.
