Transmitting the flowchart data package to Technical Support

You can send the data package to the Technical Support by email or using a method recommended by your support representative. The Technical Support will accept uncompressed data (the entire package subdirectory), but you may optionally compress, encrypt, and package the files into a single file before sending them to HCL.
