Unica Deliver is a web-based, enterprise scale marketing message solution that you can use to conduct outbound bulk messaging and transactional messaging campaigns. Messaging interfaces
Deliver and Campaign provide various interfaces that you use to complete messaging tasks. Access to the interfaces, and to specific messaging features, is sometimes limited by your user role and access permissions.

The Messaging Overview page provides a summary view of the messaging campaigns are created and performed throughout your Unica Campaign installation.

The Messaging Overview page lists all of the email messages that are created and performed throughout your Unica Campaign installation. The messages are also referred to as messaging campaigns. You can sort the list according to several categories. When the page opens, it lists messaging campaigns by run date, with the most recent run listed first.

    - Unica Deliver mailing tab
      When you add a mailing in Unica Campaign, the system creates a new tab in the campaign interface. The name of the tab reflects the name of the mailing. Initially, the configuration contains only this name and several default configuration settings. You must configure the mailing further before you can use it to send personalized messages.

    To use Deliver features, you must be able to access the messaging systems that Unica hosts. Access to the hosted messaging systems is provided through a hosted messaging account that Unica establishes for your organization. System administrators configure the connection and required system users.

  Digital marketers construct email, landing pages, WhatsApp messages, and text messages in Unica Deliver in the Deliver Message Editor. Marketers without specific HTML editing experience can create valid, full-featured HTML email and landing pages with the editing and personalization tools in the Message Editor.

  Email and landing page templates are documents that you create outside of the Deliver Message Editor to define the layout of personalized email, hosted landing pages. The design of the template guides the design of the message. To create personalized email, marketers add content to the template by modifying the template or by using editing tools that are provided in the Message Editor.

Publishing a communication does not transmit the communication to message recipients or landing page visitors.   Deliver provides a template-based scripting language for creating self-contained scripts that provide a way to personalize content in ways that you cannot easily duplicate in the Deliver Message Editor.

  You can add offers that you define in Unica Campaign to personalized email that you create and send through Unica Deliver. Including offers in your marketing email gives you an opportunity to deliver a timely and targeted call to action to your audience. The system collects the offer responses and makes the data available in the Campaign contact and response history for use in Campaign performance reports.

The Messaging Overview page lists all of the email messages that are created and performed throughout your Unica Campaign installation. The messages are also referred to as messaging campaigns. You can sort the list according to several categories. When the page opens, it lists messaging campaigns by run date, with the most recent run listed first.


Column	Description
Name	The name of the messaging. The name appears as a hyperlink. You can sort by name.
Campaign	Name of the campaign that contains the messaging.
Communication	Name of the message that is referenced by the messaging. You can sort by communication name.
Channel	Identifies the type of messaging campaign.
Transactional	The messaging is enabled for use in transactional message.
Recipient List	Name of the list of recipients that is referenced by the messaging. The name is defined in the Deliver process that defines the recipient list. You can sort by name of the list.
Production Recipients	The number of production recipients that are contained in the recipient list for the messaging.
Run Date	Date and time of the most recent run of the messaging. There is no value in this column before the messaging run starts. You can sort by the date and time the messaging run completes.
Status	Execution status of the messaging. There is no value in this column before the messaging run starts.
