    You must run the Unica installer to start the installation of Unica Campaign and Unica Optimize. The Unica installer starts the product installer during the installation process. Make sure that the Unica installer and the product installer are saved at the same location.

Procedure

Verify if you have access and permission to the Hadoop file System on which Kerberos is enabled. You can use Hadoop commands to verify the same.
For Windows, verify if unica_kerbKeyGenRenew.bat is running on the Unica Campaign Server.
Verify odbctest.exe to see if the connection works. If the odbctest.exe fails, implies that there is some issue with the environment / configuration.
