Configuring the Impala-based Cloudera data sources using Kerberos on Linux

About this task

Configuring ODBC datasource is same as of mentioned under section (Preparing Cloudera Hadoop Impala based user data sources for Unica Campaign). User will need to configure Cloudera Impala ODBC.ini file to authenticate using Kerberos authentication. User will need to add the Kerberos authentication/connection information for the below mentioned parameters in ODBC.ini file.

Import and Configure the BigDataODBCImpala template Data Source in Unica Campaign

Please follow the steps to configure BigDataODBCImpala template as mentioned in section (Preparing Cloudera Hadoop Impala based user data sources for Unica Campaign)
Note: 1. All the Unica Campaign users should use the same Kerberos principal for authentication. 2. Please configure dataSource name with a dummy user name and password because Kerberos uses TGT and does not require username and password. Restart the Unica Campaign Web application and Unica Campaign listener.
