Identifier for the content that is added for fix pack releases
From the 10.0 Fix Pack 2 release, information that is specific to a certain release is marked with the version of that specific release at the start of the information.
For 10.0 Fix Pack 2, 
is used to identify the information that is added or modified in the 10.0 Fix Pack 2
release.
Similarly for 10.0 Fix Pack 3, 
is used to identify the information that is added or modified in the 10.0 Fix Pack 3
release.
The information that is not marked for a specific release is applicable for all versions.
