The IBM Verse Call Directory Extension is available for HCL Verse iOS 9.4.7 and later. Follow these steps to enable or disable Verse Call Directory Extension:

Procedure

To enable the feature, launch the iOS Settings app.
Scroll to and select the Phone settings.
Select Call Blocking & Identification.
Enable or disable the switch next to Verse. If enabled, HCL Verse refreshes the data in the extension every time the app moves to the background in order to keep the integration with iOS Caller ID up-to-date.
