Troubleshooting video quality

To ensure good quality video in your video-enabled Sametime® meeting rooms and Sametime Connect video calls, check your video driver.

Sametime Connect Client video calls and video-enabled Sametime meeting rooms take advantage of the hardware acceleration available in modern video cards and their associated drivers. If you are experiencing difficulty in establishing video call connections, or experience poor video quality in video in meeting rooms, ensure that you are using a video driver that takes full advantage of your video card's acceleration hardware.
