Starting a Meeting?

You can start a meeting through the Meetings option from the drop-down menu, or click the Add new contact Launch invite and send button to instantly send a meeting invite in the conversation box.

About this task

To start a meeting with someone to your contact list:

Procedure

  1. Click Add new contact in the navigator, and select Meetings.
  2. Click meetingsSAMETIME MEETINGS, to open the HCL Sametime Meetings application.
  3. In the Start/Join a meeting input box, enter the meeting name and click START.
    Note: Click Generate meeting name to auto-generate a meeting name.
