Enabling logging

You can enable the SafeLinx Client to log messages that are used for problem resolution.

Note: Do not enable logging unless instructed by your administrator.
To enable logging:
  1. Click the Tools menu and select Start Diagnostic Logging.
  2. To stop diagnostic logging, click the Tools menu again and select Stop Diagnostic Logging.
  3. If you want to export your diagnostic logs to submit them to your Administrator, click the Tools menu and select Export Diagnostic Log. The Export Diagnostic Log displays with two options: Export to SD card and Export to email.
