Added information under Traveler\HCL Traveler for Microsoft Outlook Help\Diagnostics to indicate that logs will be collected for primary and delegation accounts if used.

Prior to this change, logs would be collected for all delegation accounts but the user interface did not indicate this.

Delegates can use HTMO to access and manage the owner's mail file. This feature requires a minimum of HCL Traveler 12.0.1.

Note: Delegates must have full access to the owner's mail, calendar and contacts.

Repair Account fails looking for IMSMO and causes this pop-up window:
Password dialog box appears while a user is using Certificate Based Authentication.
Attachments are not processed properly and are missing from Domino encrypted and signed mail.
HTMO does not sync properly if the server is configured with both Certificate and Basic authentication, and the user chooses Basic.
