Cannot load code-set conversion file from `file_name` to `file_name`

The data type for the load file is different from
the data type for the database server. The code set does not exist
in the $INFORMIXDIR/gls/cvx or %INFORMIXDIR%\gls\cvx directory
where x is the version number of the cv subdirectory.
Check that the file exists. Check the file for
permissions.
