Approving an administration process request

Check the Administration Requests database daily for requests that require approval.


  1. From the Domino® Administrator, choose Server > Analyses > Administration Requests.
  2. Select the server and then open the Administration Requests (ADMIN4.NSF) database.
  3. Open the Pending Administrator Approval view.
  4. Open the request and click Edit Document.
  5. Click Approve request type. For example, if you are deleting a user's mail file, click Approve Mail File Deletion.
  6. Click Save and Close.
