Creating plan notification messages

Resource documents define the standard messages that are sent during the various phases of plan execution.

About this task

The plan Resources are referenced by the Interface message definitions. They correspond to each step of the workflow, such as Approve, Prepare, or Commit. You can edit the text of any of the plan messages to customize them.

Procedure

  1. Make sure that you have the Change Admin role.
  2. From the Domino® Administrator, click the Server - Analysis tab.
  3. Click Domino® Change Control, and then select the Setup - Resources view.
  4. Select the Standard Plan Message resource, and then click Edit.
  5. Under Content body, make changes to the message text.
  6. Click OK to save and close the document.
