Checking the application design before release

• Check the design of forms, fields, views, outlines, pages, and all other design elements
• Check the ACL of the database
• Check the database properties, including the launch option
• Check the About and Using documents for accuracy and completeness
• Verify that agents and actions work as designed
• If the application is Web accessible, check that the application runs from a Web browser and all components display as expected
• Save the design template
• Distribute the application for a final review
• Pilot-test the application
• Make design changes before release
• Request application sign-off
