Connectors and Supported Data Sources
IBM® Lotus Enterprise Integrator® (LEI) and Domino® Enterprise Connection Services (DECS) provides the following standard connectors.
- DB2®
- Notes®
- File System (not used with Virtual Documents or Virtual Agents activities)
- ODBC
- Oracle
- OLE DB
- Sybase
- Text (not used with Advanced RealTime or DECS activities)
Additional connectors, such as the Connector for SAP Solutions, are available and can be purchased separately.
Note: The IBM® i
platform currently supports the Lotus® Connector
for DB2®, Notes®, ODBC, File System, Text, and the Connector
for SAP Solutions. It also supports the LEI metaconnectors.
Client libraries of the external systems to be accessed must be installed on the LEI server and the Domino® server. When running activities, if the LEI server that you want the activity to run on and the Domino® server where the LEI Administrator resides are on separate machines, the client libraries must be installed on both machines.
