You can align the text in spreadsheet cells to left, center
or right and to top, middle or bottom.
Procedure
- To align the text in spreadsheet cells to left, center
or right:
- Select the cell that you want to align.
- Click and then select Left, Right,
or Center.
Tip: You
can quickly align the text by clicking the

Align Center ![align center](../../picture/spreadsheet/s_align_center.jpg)
or
Align Right ![align right](../../picture/spreadsheet/s_align_right.jpg)
icons on the toolbar.
- To align the text in spreadsheet cells to top, middle or
bottom:
- Select the cell that you want to align.
- Click and then select Top, Middle,
or Bottom.
