Moving rows and columns in presentations

You can move a row up or down, and move a column before or after in a table.

Procedure

  • To move a row:
    1. Right-click any cell in the row that you want to move.
    2. Select Row > Move Row Up or Move Row Down.
  • To move a column:
    1. Right-click any cell in the column that you want to move.
    2. Select Column > Move Column Left or Move Column Right.
    Note: You cannot move table headers when moving rows and columns.
