Presentations keyboard shortcuts

You can use shortcut keys to perform tasks in presentations. All shortcuts are valid on Windows operating systems. On Mac OS, press Command instead of Ctrl.

Note: If the menu bar item includes a submenu bar, the right arrow opens the submenu bar, and the left arrow returns to parent menu bar.
Navigate up and down the sub items within a menu bar when the focus is on the menu or submenu bar. Up or down arrow
