    - Testing Java™ Message Service (JMS) systems
      Use the generic JMS plug-in to connect HCL DevOps Test Integrations and APIs (Test Integrations and APIs) to a wide range of EAI platforms, which includes any vendor that provides an implementation of this Java™ standard. JMS provides a way of separating the application from the transport layer of providing data. The same Java classes can be used to communicate with different JMS providers by using the JNDI information for a specific provider. The classes first use a connection factory to connect to the queue or topic, and then use populate and send or publish the messages. On the receiving side, the clients then receive or subscribe to the messages
    - Testing Java™ objects
      You can import Plain Old Java™ Objects (POJOs) from JAR files into HCL DevOps Test Integrations and APIs (Test Integrations and APIs) in order to parse and construct messages containing the serialized forms of those objects. You can construct and parse the Java objects and perform validation, but you cannot test the objects directly.

Setting up webMethods Integration Server

To integrate Software AG webMethods Broker and webMethods Integration Server with HCL DevOps Test Integrations and APIs (Test Integrations and APIs), configure the required webMethods libraries through the Library Manager and deploy certain Test Integrations and APIs files to webMethods Integration Server.

The correct version of the Test Integrations and APIs webMethods Integration Server adapter package must be configured on each Software AG webMethods Integration Server where you intend to run Test Integrations and APIs tests.

The following components are used in webMethods Integration Server testing:

Test Integrations and APIs: Communicates with the services that are included in Integration Server, namely synchronization, schema creation, virtualization, and testing services.
Test Integrations and APIs webMethods Integration Server adapter package: Acts as an interface between Test Integrations and APIs and the other packages that are installed on Integration Server. This package also contains the GHProcessor.jar file that is used for recording and virtualizing services within Integration Server.

Test Integrations and APIs uses random available ports to communicate with Integration Server.

Integration Server logs contain the following information:

Start-up messages
Notification that the stub has been triggered instead of the live service
Any error messages that are generated
