Checklist of administrator tasks on Windows
After HCL Compass is installed on the administrative host computer, the administrator must perform a series of tasks to create a HCL Compass environment. There are both required and optional tasks. Required tasks such as creating the database set and connection profiles must be performed before deploying the product to the users. The optional tasks such as applying integration packages can be performed at any time.

Tasks not marked as optional must be performed before the product is deployed to the users.
