Resolving an order block

Resolving an order block allows the items on that order to be released to fulfillment. However, for items that remain in the order to be released to fulfillment, all blocks on the order must be resolved.

Procedure

  1. Open HCL Commerce Accelerator
  2. Find blocked orders.
  3. Select the order for which you want to resolve an order block and click Manage blocks.
  4. Select the order block that you want to resolve and click Resolve.
  5. Optional: Enter a comment providing more information about why you are resolving the order block.
  6. Click OK to resolve the order block.

What to do next

To resolve multiple blocks for an order, repeat steps 4 to 6 for each block that you want to resolve.
